Ingredients

Crust: 1/2 C Almond flour

1/2 C Oat flour (or another 1/2 C almond)

1/4 C Coconut flour

1 tsp Honey

2 eggs

1/2 Tbsp coconut oil

Filling:

1 C Apples, grated

Figs, chopped (optional)

Raisins

Cloves

Cinnamon

1 C Sweet squash (like acorn or pumpkin), cooked

Nuts, chopped

Dates, chopped (optional)

1 tsp honey

Coconut milk (optional)

Preparation

Crust: Mix all ingredients well and press into greased 9" pie pan.

Filling: Mix apple, raisins, figs, cloves, cinnamon and add on top of crust. Mix acorn squash, nuts honey, dates, cloves and cinnamon and add on top of the apple layer. Bake in oven at 350 F until crust is golden brown and squash layer is firm (about 35-45 min).
