Ingredients

7 cups Port wine

7 Sticks Salted Butter

2- 12 oz jars Currant Jelly6

1 TBSP peppercorn

3/4" sirloin steaks

Preparation

Mix all marinade ingredients in pot and leave on side burner by grill.

Grill steaks couple of minutes per side then toss in heated sauce pot.

Ladle a little sauce over the steak on the toasted buns.
