Ingredients

1/2 cup Coconut Oil

1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

2 Bananas, ripe, mashed

4 cups Organic Grains 7 Grain Cereal Flakes

3/4 cup Almonds, Raw

1/2 cup Organic White Chia Seeds

1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon, Saigon

1/2 teaspoon Ginger, ground

1/2 teaspoon Allspice

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Directions: Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and mashed bananas. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bake the granola by dividing it between the two baking sheets. Bake 35 minutes, stirring halfway through baking. Remove from oven and cool completely.
