Ingredients
Ripe Mangoes, medium-sized, 2
Fresh and Thick Yogurt, 1 cup
Sugar, 1 and 1/2 tbsp
Milk, 1/2 cup
Pistachio and Almonds, chopped, 1tbsp
Mint leaves, for garnishing
Preparation
Wash, de-seed and de-skin the mangoes Cut the mangoes into small pieces In a blender, blend the mango pieces along with the thick yogurt, sugar and milk Pour into tall glasses Garnish with chopped pistachio, almonds and mint leaves Refrigerate and serve chilled
