Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs (beaten separately)
2 1/2 teas. dry mustard mixed with
enough vinegar to make a thin paste
1/2 cup vinegar or less for milder taste
I use about 1 table. corn starch before cooking to make a bit thicker
Preparation
Mix all together in a double boiler stirring continually until it is smooth & cooked.
I cook in micro wave stirring every few minutes until thick
