Ingredients
1 ounce Bourbon or Rye Whiskey (Knob Creek is my favorite)
1/4 ounce Mathilde Pêche Liqueur or Créme de Pêche (peach)
1/2 teaspoon Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
1/4 teaspoon Angostura Aromatic Bitters (or other favorite)
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
2 ounces Stolichnaya Ginger Beer (or other favorite)
Preparation
Add ice to low ball cocktail glass
Combine first 5 ingredients (all except ginger beer)
Stir to mix
Top off cocktail with ginger beer (lightly stir to mix)
