Ingredients

1 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Hot chile paste (like sambal olek)

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Celery seed

1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1 pinch Salt & pepper (to taste)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.

Cover and chill until use.

Note: Sauce will last for approximately 5 days.
