Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter

8 oz of cream cheese cubed into 1/8s

1 cup of 1/2 & 1/2

1/3 cup of grated asiago cheese

Pepper to taste

Optional: garlic, dash of worcestershire sauce, sea food or chicken deglazings

Preparation

Melt butter on low heat Add and stir in cream cheese on medium heat Add 1/2 & 1/2 and bring to low boil Stir in asiago cheese and reduce to low heat Stir in optionals Pepper to taste
