Ingredients
250 g Plain Flour
150 g Icing Sugar
120 g Ground Almond
1 teaspoon Bicarbonate Soda
150 milliliters Sunflower Oil/Ghee
Preparation
Preheat oven to 159 degree Celsius.
Weigh all dry ingredients and sieve together into a large mixing bowl.
Add in oil and mix till dough leaves the side of the bowl and form a dough. Add more oil if dough is too dry to be combined.
Rest dough for an hour.
Weigh out 10g of the dough and roll into balls. Place on baking trays and flatten with a fork (to get the lines).
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Cool before packing into containers.
