1cup pulp (persimmon OR beet OR banana)

3 eggs

½ c canola oil

½ c milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 c sugar

2 c flour

1 vanilla pudding pkg

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ginger

½ tsp nutmeg

Preheat oven to 325 Spray/grease 2 loaf pans Mix wet ingredients Sift together dry ingredients Add wet to dry and add any optional goodies…

Persimmon: 1 cup pecans or walnuts AND 1 cup raisin/cranberry mix Chocolate/Beet: 1/2cup chocolate chips & ½ cup Scharffenberger cocoa powder

Pour into pans ½ way -leave plenty of room for expansion
