Ingredients
1/3 cup Honey
1 tablespoon Ancho chili powder
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
Whisk the honey with the ancho chile powder and mustard. add salt and pepper.
Rub the salmon with oil and season with salt and pepper
in a large nonstick ovenproof skillet and add the salmon and cook on the stove for two minutes.
turn the filets after two minutes and brush with ancho mixture. Put in oven for three more minutes.
