Ingredients

1/2 Onion

2 Tbs Butter

1/2 can tomato paste (small 6 oz)

1 can crused tomatoes

2-4 clove garlic

Fresh Basil

Crused red pepper

Salt/Pepper

Preparation

Sautee onions, garlic, butter until clear (add more butter as needed). Add tomato paste and tomatoes, let simmer Add crused red pepper, salt & pepper to taste. Let simmer until reduced (about 30 min) Add basil before serving, drizzle with EVOO. Top with Parmesam cheese
