Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup OJ
4 eggs
tart apples
Preparation
sift dry ingredients, mix well add OJ, oil and eggs beat until smooth grease tube pan wells pour 1/2 of batter into pan, top with 1/2 the peeled, sliced apples and some cinnamon sugar to taste repeat bake 350-1 3/4 - 2 1/2 hours
