Ingredients
3 cups Chopped peeled apples
1 cup Chopped nuts
3 cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Oil
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 stick Butter
1/4 cup Milk
Preparation
Prepare apples & nuts and set aside. Mix together sugar & eggs. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add flour mixture alternately with oil. Stir in apples & nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Prepare glaze:
