Ingredients

3 cups Flour

1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1 cup Vegetable Oil

2 Eggs

5 Granny Smith Apples

1 cup Sugar

Preparation

Peel and chop apples

Add sugar and mix 1 hour to overnight

Mix dry ingredients and add to apple mixture

Add oil, vanilla and eggs

Bake in greased bundt pan for 1.5 hours at 325 F
