Ingredients
2 cups flour and 2 tsp baking powder mix together
1 cup splenda or store brand sucralose
1/2 cup unsalted margarine
2 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup chopped sliced apples
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp and 1/4 caramel extract
Preparation
cream the sugar and magarine together add eggs, mix after each addition add extracts, apples, half butter and half of canola oil add the sugar mixture to the flour mixture in 3 parts, adding the buttermilk and canola oil alternating mix and pour into a medium loaf pan
