Ingredients

3/4 cup Sugar

2 tablespoons Flour

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1 cup Sour Cream

1 Egg

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

2 cups Granny Smith Apples - Peeled and Chopped

1/3 cup Flour

1/3 cup Sugar

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 cup Butter

1 package Pie Crust

Preparation

Preheat over to 450 degrees.

Combine the first 3 ingredients (sugar, flour, salt) then add sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Stir in apples.

Line pie dish with uncooked pie crust then slowly pour in the mixture. Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove pie and set oven to 325 degrees. Mix the remaining ingredients then sprinkle on top. Put pie back in the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
