Ingredients
8 - 10 apples, peeled and cut up
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
TOPPING:
1 stick butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples into an ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and toss well to coat. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and flour to mix well. Sprinkle over the apples. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the topping is browned.
