Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 C butter

3 TBS Light corn syrup

4 tart Granny Smith apples- sliced n peeled

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 TBS vanilla

1 loaf French bread- cut into thick slices

Preparation

Cook brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in medium sauce pan over medium high heat 4-5 min or until thick

Pour into a 9x13inch pan Top with sliced apples

Combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Dip each slice into egg mixture for 15sec. Place soaked slices on too of apples. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hr or overnight

Uncover and bake at 350 for 45min or until set

I like to sprinkle with cinnamon before baking
