Ingredients
5 lg G.S. apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lg. T. cinnamon
6 lg. eggs 1 c. milk
1 c. flour 3 T. sugar
pinch of salt 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
Melt butter, add brown sugar until combined, add apples and cook til tender crisp. Spray 9x13 glass pan and add apple mixture. Cover and refrigerate.
Batter: Blender all ingredients. Can prepare batter day before and keep in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 425. Bake for 25-30 mins. or until puffed and brown. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
