Ingredients
1 cup ground oats
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup apple puree
2 small eggs
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple butter
1/3 cup honey
3/4 cup cream cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ðF. Whisk the eggs with the water and oats until the mixture is smooth. Add the apple butter and stir for a minute. Pour the apple puree and peanut butter into the mix and continue to stir until a brwnish color is achieved. When ready, use a spoon to make small cirles of batter. Bake for 25 minutes.
While the treats are baking, blend the cream cheese in a blender until light and fluffy. Stop in between to add honey. Chill until ready to use
When the treats are finished, place on cooling rack for 5-6 minutes. Then take a plastic bag and fill it with the frosting. Cut of a corner. To frost, carefully pipe in the center and spiral outward.
