Ingredients
1.5 cups Flour
1.5 cups Quick Oats
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup Butter
1 cup Apricot jam
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda
Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly
Pat 2/3 of the crumbs in to bottom of an ungreased 9 by 13 pan; spread with jam
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs
Bake for 25-30 minutes
Cool and cut into bars
