Ingredients
1 Can (14oz) - Artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 Cup - Mayonnaise
1 Cup - Grated Parmesan Cheese
2-3 cloves - Garlic
1 square box - frozen spinach - thawed, drained, chopped
2 large dollops - sour cream
mozzarella cheese
tomato
green onions
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, put in glass pie pan, top with mozzarella cheese, tomato, green onions. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cover with foil if needed.
