Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts - drained
2/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp mustard
3 Tbsp goat cheese
1/2 tsp parmesan
1/2 tsp thyme
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
alleppo pepper
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In frypan mix milk, flour, mustard, thyme, pepper, aleppo, and garlic. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add goat cheese & cook one more minute. Add artichoke hearts & stir until mixed. Put in casserole dish. Top with mixture of parmesan, bread crumbs, and paprika. Cook uncovered until bubbly. Broil briefly to brown.
