Ingredients
3Tablespoons balsamic vinager
1 bunch parsley
1 pinch basil
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 sprigs mint
1 clove garlic
4 hearts artichoke hearts
Preparation
first chop up all the spices on your cutting board till they are very fine.
next combine the vinager and oil in a bowl.
add the spices and artichoke hearts to the bowl.
place the mix in your blender and blend untill smooth.
chop up the garlic cloves untill very fine then add them to the blender and mix.
pour over a salad or over some meat.
