Ingredients

2 Cloves Garlic, toasted in a pan until brown and mushy

4 Cups packed fresh arugula

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/4 Cup walnuts

1/4 Olive oil

Sea Salt

2T lemon juice

1t lemon zest

Preparation

Pulse all ingredients in processor except oil until well combined.

Add oil with continuous processing.
