Ingredients

12 oz pkg Bow Tie pasta, cooked and drained

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley

1 bunch green onions

4 cups chopped romaine

4 cups baby spinach

Dressing:

1/2 cup vegatable oil

2/3 cup white vinegar

2/3 cup soy sauce

6 tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside. Combine other ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over.
