Ingredients
1 pound flank steak
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 piece scallots, diced
2 pieces garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Preparation
cut flank steaks in strips
combine all ingredients and place in a ziplock bag. add steak and marinade for 30 minutes
Place steak strips on bamboo sticks that have been soaking for 30 minutes
grill until done and serve
