Ingredients

1/2 cup sliced sweet onion

3 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon finely grated ginger

1 clove minced garlic

5 tablespoon soya sauce

1/2 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1/4 cup sliced spinach

1 sliced endive

1/2 diced red pepper

2 tablespoon chopped cilantro

6 frozen wontons

1/2 teaspoon lime zest

Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and ginger until soft - 10 minutes.

Add next 8 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.

Add frozen wontons and good until finished.

Add remaining ingredients (starting at spinach) and let stand for 3 minutes and serve.
