6 Yukon Gold

2 C Extra Sharpe Cheese

4T Butter

4T Corn Starch

1T White Pepper

2T Hot Paprika

1T Hot Sauce

1T Nutmeg

1C Heavy Cream

1C Milk

Preparation

Slice potatoes and cook them in salt water for 6 min. Melt butter then add cornstarch followed by pepper, hot sauce, nutmeg. slowly incorporate the cream/milk Bake at 350 for 25 min
