Ingredients

about 5-7 potatoes slice thin put in cold salt water as slicing so they don’t get brown

flour

salt

pepper

season salt

butter

cheddar cheese

Preparation

Lay one layer of potatoes in 13x9 pan then sprinkle flour on top of the layer of potatoes then sprinkle seasoning on top of the flour then take about 4 slices of butter and lay on the flour (spread around) then top with cheese. You then start from the beginning with the potatoes flour seasoning butter and cheese and do that a total of 3 times including from the start. Pour milk into the corner of the pan about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up the pan. (If you can use a glass pan) Preheat oven to 350 and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cover to reheat.
