Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups nuts (cashews, pecans and/or almonds)
3/4 cup natural coconut
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoons salt
1 cup dried fruit (raisins, craisins, cherries, etc.)
Preparation
Mix together the first three ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the next three ingredients together until emulsified.
Stir liquid into oat mixture to coat. Divide onto two cookie sheets and spread evenly.
Cook in 260 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Stir and flip mixture every 20 min.
