Ingredients
1 3/4 C sugar (or less)
3 eggs
2 C. flour (1 C regular, 1 C almond)
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 C oil (grape seed)
1/2 C applesauce
2 C of apples sliced (about 3 apples)
Preparation
Cream the sugar and eggs, add flour with cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Mix well, add oil and vanilla. The batter will be stiff - don’t worry. Fold in apples Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares
