Ingredients

2 slices dry bread

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

1 small chopped onion

1/3 cup oil

1 cup sour cream

1.5 lb. beef/pork/veal ground meat mix

2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. sage

Preparation

Saute onions in a few tbsp. oil.

Beat milk and egg in a large bowl.

Mix together bread, seasoning and onions.

Add meat and mix well.

Form into small meatballs. Fry in the remaining oil.

Serve hot or cold with sour cream.
