Ingredients

1 1/2lbs. Brussels Sprouts

3T olive oil

3/4t kosher salt

1/2t black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut off the brown ends of the Brussels and pull off any yellow leaves.
  3. Mix in a bowl with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast on a baking sheet for 35 - 40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more kosher salt and serve immediately.
