Ingredients
2 lb. boiled shrimp, chopped finely
4 T celery chopped finely
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped finely
3 T roasted red pepper, chopped finely
3 T sweet pickle relish
10 T Mayo
3 T Ketchup
salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingred. and chill. Serve over half an avocado or use as a sauce on fish or shellfish.
