Ingredients
1 large green tomato
1 green serrano chile
1 cup of water
1 avocado, peeled and pitted (keep the pit)
handful of cilantro, chopped
salt
Preparation
Boil the water with the tomato and chile. Remove from the heat when the tomato skin splits. Cool. Place ingredients in a food processor and add the avocado. Process until smooth. Add the cilantro. Salt to taste.
Place the pit in the salsa to retain the green colour. Refrigerate.
