Ingredients
2 oz. Bacon & Apple Vodka (See note below).
1 oz. Fresh Apple Juice
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice + more for rim
Bacon Salt
Preparation
Combine vodka, apple juice, cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with bacon salt.
Homemade Bacon & Apple Vodka: I make my own by infusing vodka with bacon and chopped apples for a few days.
Bacon Salt: Ratio of my homemade bacon salt is 1:1.3 of chopped bacon to sea salt. For a finer texture use a food processor, and be sure to use sea salt rather than table salt or else it would be too strong.
Vegan/veg/kosher= substitute with commercially available “bacon vodka” and “bacon salt.”
