Ingredients

Ground meat - 1.5 lbs depending;

Bacon - 6-12 slices depending;

Spices for meat;

Crushed taco chips & diced caramelized onion;

Shredded cheese.

Preparation

Mix meat and spices in a bowl and set aside; Lay out 6 bacon slices per roll; Thinly layer meat on bacon leaving about 2 inches empty at one end; Spread out cheese about 1 inch or so from meat end of the bacon; Roll up; Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes; glaze with BBQ sauce; heat for 5 minutes & re-glaze; heat for 5 minutes then re-glaze; Remove and roll in chips and/or onion; Slice and serve with BBQ sauce in ramekin with sides of potato salad etc. in ramekins on sushi plates. Chopsticks.
