Ingredients
Taco chips crumbled;
Diced onions - caramelized;
Ground meat of choice & combination;
Spices;
6 Bacon strips;
Cheese - sliced or shred
BBQ sauce
Preparation
Set aside on large plates the chips & onions; Mix meat & spices in a bowl; Lay out bacon on a non-stick surface; Put a thin layer of meat on the bacon leaving about 2 inches uncovered at one end; Add cheese about an inch or so from meat end of the bacon; Roll up and place on grill; 15 minutes @ 350; glaze with sauce and heat for 5 minutes; re-glaze and heat for 5 minutes; Remove and place one each on chips and onions - top each one; Slice proportionately; Serve with dish of sauce and pickles/salads etc. Chopsticks
