Ingredients
6 slices bacon
2 cups uncooked shell pasta
Drizzle of olive oil
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons (or 1 packet) dry ranch dressing mix
Splash of milk
1/2 cup petite frozen peas
Grape tomatoes
Grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, if desired
Preparation
Cook the bacon until crisp; remove and drain on paper towel, chop and set aside. Prepare pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain. Toss with just enough olive oil to lightly coat the pasta.
Mix together mayonnaise, onion powder, and ranch dressing mix. Add a splash of milk and stir until creamy. Stir dressing mix into cooked pasta. Add crumbled bacon, peas and tomatoes and gently stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
