Ingredients
1/4 pound Bacon
1 cup Onion
1/4 cup Sugar
1/8 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup Tomato (diced or mashed)
Preparation
Cook bacon to almost crisp (75%)
Saute onion in bacon grease (60% done)
Add sugar (reduce by half?)
Add Vinegar (reduce by half ?)
Add tomato and simmer 15 min.
Mix or Blend
