Ingredients
3# pork tenderloin
1# bacon
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs minced onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbs wine vinegar
dash of pepper
Preparation
Pierce the pork with a fork. Cut the pork into 3 to 4 pieces. Wrap the bacon around the pork. Mix the ret of the ingredients togethe and pour over the pork. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 300* for 2 to 3 hours.
