Ingredients
1 can 28 oz baked beans
1 can 16 oz kidney beans
1 can 16 oz pinto beans
1 can 16 oz black-eyed peas
1 can 16 oz black beans
8 bacon strips
2 med. onions, sliced
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Cook bacon until crisp. Save 2 tbl drippings. Saute onions in the drippings. Combine sugar, vinegar & spices and bring to a boil. Put everything into slow cooker. Cover & cook 3 to 4 hours.
