Ingredients

8 ounce Brie

8 ounce Peacans

4 ounces Port Wine

4 ounces Balsamic Vineger

1 jar Apricot Preserve

Preparation

1 - slowly toast the pecans in a frying pan until warm and slightly darker

2 - Combine Port, Preserve & Balsamic Vineger in a 4 qt sauce pan and bring to boil.

3 - Add pecans to sauce pan with mixture and let simmer

4 - Preheat Oven to 350º

5 - Place the Brie on to a baking sheet and bake for 25 min

6 - remove Brie and place on a serving platter. Cover with Pecan mixture. Place crackers around cheese and serve.
