Ingredients
one round of Brie
1 cup raspberry preserves (good brand)
2-3 Tbsp. brown sugar
half cup sliced almonds
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place unwrapped Brie on cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes. I had a hard time getting the Brie off the cookie sheet without breaking open. Maybe try using parchment paper.
Brie Topping: Melt butter in pan. Brown almonds in butter. Remove from heat and add brown sugar and preserves. Mix well and put warm mixture over baked Brie. Serve with crackers.
