Ingredients

One pound frozen cooked deveined, de-tailed pacific white shrimp

Juice of one lemon

Juice of one lime

2T cajun seasoning

2T soy sauce

2T minced garlic

Lots of fresh chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Marinate shrimp (thawed per instructions on package) in fridge for 15 min
  2. Bake in buttered casserole dish, including marinade, at 350 for 15-20 min, or until warm

Serve over roasted garlic couscous with added basil. Side dish: Cooked carrots with dill.
