Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 1/2 cup oat flour

4 ripe bananas

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 cup dried fruit (chopped)

2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

pinch salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated. Texture should be wet and sticky. If it is very dry add in some milk or almond milk. Lightly grease up a mini muffin tin and fill with mixture. Bake at 350 for 16-17 minutes.
