Ingredients

Olive Oil (for dish)

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 pound Penne

3 cups roasted tomato sauce*

3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 in pieces

1/2 cup grated Parmesian cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Preparation

Set oven at 400 Lightly oil deep 12 inch baking dish

Cook penne in boiling water for 6 minutes Drain but do not shake colander to remove excess water. Return to pan.

Add tomato sauce, mozzarella, 1/4 c Parm, basil, slat and pepper. Transfer to prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining Parm cheese.

Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling at edges and beginning to brown.
