Ingredients
8 cups soft bread cubes, unseasoned
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Mix onion, celery, parsley, melted butter, egg and poultry seasoning in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs, mix evenly. Slowly drizzle milk over mixture until coated but not soggy. Stir salt and pepper. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish. Bake @ 350F for 35-40 minutes until bread cubes on top are crispy.
